Abstract


With the rise of the knowledge-based economy and accelerate the process of economic globalization , intellectual property has been incorporated into every aspect of the production and operation , become important factors of production and enhance the core competitiveness of key factors . The patent is an important part of the intellectual property . In today 's increasingly competitive international technical , economic competition has been prominent competitive performance for the patent , the quantity and quality of proprietary largely determines the competitiveness of a country or region . In addition, with the increased impact of SMEs in the national economy as a support SMEs in the healthy and stable development of patent work has become increasingly important . Therefore, this patented technology for SMEs as the research object , build SME patented technology developed self-organizing system , in-depth research to the development of the status quo of China 's SME patent , to understand patent development of SMEs in China as well as the problems . VAR model based on empirical analysis of the development of SMEs in China patent , demonstrate the influencing factors of SMEs in China patent output , the results showed that SMEs in China patent output and national economic development is closely related to the level of , and RD expenditures and RD the staff put into play a catalytic role of the SME patent applications . The first two chapters on the basis of the analysis , the development of the SME patent technology development strategy , and the implementation of the development strategy of China 's SMEs patented technology . Concluded the papers on the development of the SME patented technology , as well as this thesis, the direction of future research . Development of patented technology , rational and effective use of the patented technology is extremely important in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises . SMEs in all aspects of the patented technology should be applied to the actual production activities of enterprises , as enterprises must be considered part of this , in order to give full play to the effectiveness of the patented technology , SMEs in an invincible position in the fierce competitive environment .
