Abstract


Manufacturer of new products, sales channels and channel selection strategy of recycling of waste products is an important part in the construction of closed-loop supply chain enterprises. Manufacturers choose different sales and recycling channels, product selling prices, the price of old product recovery and node enterprise profit allocation decisions have a significant impact. The paper described the basic theory of closed-loop supply chain and channel selection, both at home and abroad involved in the closed-loop supply chain, channel selection, the closed-loop supply chain coordination literature review draw some literature search Conclusion. Consider manufacturers direct sales channels to sell new products, third-party recyclers recycling old products, a manufacturer, a third-party recyclers and the entire closed-loop supply chain profit model, sensitivity analysis of the main parameters, the results show that: when manufacturing providers and third-party recyclers cooperation, the two sides profit; manufacturers the higher the cost, the higher their profits, manufacturers are more willing to to actively recycle old products related to the construction of the closed-loop supply chain, manufacturers and third-party recovery 's profit increase with the increase in manufacturing costs; manufacturers lower the cost of remanufacturing, more manufacturers willing to build a closed-loop supply chain for recycling old products; storage and transportation costs of the manufacturer's new product sales price only to manufacturers of new products and profits have a greater impact. Further consider manufacturers choose and retailers to sell new products and recycling old products and retailers that mixed channels to establish a manufacturing, retailers and the entire closed-loop supply chain profit model, the analysis showed that: manufacturers choose the direct sales channel does not pose a threat to retailers, distributors, manufacturers direct sales channels and retailers distribution channels through co-operation to achieve a \improve the entire closed-loop supply chain profits are not much affected by the reduced sales price; sales of cross-price elasticity coefficient and recycling price elasticity coefficient greater impact on the pricing of the new products and recycling of old products, at the same time these two price elasticity coefficient is the main factors affecting the total profits of the whole closed-loop supply chain; manufacturing costs for the manufacturer direct prices than retailers, distributors price; remanufacturing cost manufacturer direct prices and retailers, distributors did not affect prices for the entire closed-loop supply chain The profit impact is very obvious; Overall, manufacturers and retailers of the entire closed-loop supply chain profits are higher than the non-cooperative.
