Abstract


With economic development , the advancement of technology , all kinds of goods market competition more and more intense. The face of fierce competition in the market , the enterprises to improve their competitiveness , we should concentrate on their core business , so more and more companies contracted out to a professional logistics enterprises is not the core business of logistics , so third-party the logistics enterprises came into being , and has been developing rapidly . The development of third-party logistics not only reduce the production cost of logistics enterprises , and the integration of the the many idle logistics community resources , led to the development of many other areas related logistics services , stimulate a sound and fast economic development . Third-party logistics service quality is good or bad is decided whether the third-party logistics industry in China can be a healthy and sustainable development, therefore , to build a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system of logistics service quality , scientific evaluation methods to help logistics enterprises to choose the right level of service , reduce logistics costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises has important theoretical and practical significance , has a very important role in guiding the promotion of third-party logistics industry to find the quality of service issues , and constantly improve the quality of service . In this paper, on the basis of in-depth study of the domestic and international third-party logistics service quality literature for the current third-party logistics service quality evaluation system ( mainly index evaluation system ) shortcomings , from domestic and foreign third-party logistics service quality evaluation theory , service quality evaluation index system of third - party logistics enterprises redesign proposed a comprehensive evaluation of third-party logistics enterprise logistics service quality using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method , and discussed how third-party logistics enterprise customers with two angles to choose the quality of third - party logistics services . By J Company case to illustrate the usefulness of the evaluation index system and evaluation methods . Indicators hope this building evaluation index system and evaluation results of the third - party logistics enterprises and customers have a certain reference value to improve the quality of logistics services .
