Abstract

Mou Wenhe the Yellow River , also known as Dawenhe north branch , the Dawen main stream source and upper reaches , the largest river flowing through Shandong Laiwu , the Dongping Lake flows into the Yellow River . Focus on monitoring the river as flood control and waterlogging in Laiwu City , the local government has in recent years implemented a series of comprehensive river training works , great Mou Wen River Basin Hydrology Benefit . Mou Wenhe comprehensive treatment project since 1999 the end of 2008 , a total investment of 379 million yuan , completed a total of four comprehensive treatment project : ( 3 ) ecological afforestation project ④ ① river training works ② pollution control project development and utilization of engineering . Mou Wen River comprehensive management project is completed , the continuous surface of the water to form a 54 - km , the water storage area of 30,000 mu , the impoundment surface water 54 million cubic meters , conserving 43 million m3 of groundwater . Flood control standards is a case of less than 10 years to 50 years . River completion of the comprehensive management of not only increasing the water to protecting sand , improve industrial and agricultural water conditions , and the formation of more than 50 kilometers of landscape corridors , beautify the city and improve the water environment , and to promote sustainable economic and social development of the city , have a significant economic social benefits. In this study, combined with the characteristics of the urban river training works , carried out research on the the hydrological effects after completion , analyzes of flood control, water quantity , water quality impact ; established channel after evaluation index system , comprehensive management of scientific and rational evaluation of river hydrological benefits of the project is of great significance ; research content analysis on the basis of the above study , the use of mathematical methods , mathematical model , and discuss the size of the river training works hydrological benefits , provide a basis for decision making for future management . This study was carried out for the development of comprehensive management of urban river engineering hydrology effective evaluation norms , further carry out river training after evaluation has important practical and theoretical value . In this paper, the characteristics and innovations that : ( 1 ) a the Mou Wenhe comprehensive treatment project Mou Wenhe River Hydrology Benefit from the three aspects of flood control, water quantity , water quality evaluation . ( 2 ) establish Mou Wenhe watershed monthly rainfall runoff model and simplify the analysis of the model based on the actual natural conditions . Simplify the calculation process , while ensuring the accuracy of this model can be widely used in the future to the hydrology of the area of hydraulic calculation .
