Abstract

This study for the study of Yunnan Province Yuanjiang valley valley-type savanna vegetation areas and overgrazing two human disturbance on plant roots, AMF and DSE colonization status survey. A number of dark Septate Endophytes (DSE) strains isolated from the root, the small subunit ribosomal ITS1-5.8S rDNA-ITS2 sequence analysis of these strains were preliminary identification. From isolated strains, two representative strains insoluble inorganic and organic phosphorous, dissolved function. The main results and conclusions are as follows: samples savanna vegetation and overgrazing the plants root DSE and AMF colonization Survey, the savanna vegetation region 16 families and 25 species, DSE and AMF colonization were 64% and 92%, respectively; overgrazing area surveyed 12 families and 22 species, DSE and AMF colonization rate of 68% and 95%, respectively, none of the two plots determining the DSE or AMF plants. Different AMF and DSE colonization extent and did not show significant differences, analysis of variance showed that AMF hyphae (t = 0.602, p = 0.550), vesicles (t = -1.066, p = 0.293), arbuscular ( t = 1.158, p = 0.253), the mycelium circle (t = 0.708, p = 0.483) Plants of the two samples are not significantly different, the only difference is reflected in the individual plant. 43 DSE strains isolated from different natural growth of plant roots, which from the savanna vegetation distinguish 14 strains, the isolation rate was 15.4%; 29 strains isolated from overgrazing District isolation rate was 18.8% . The vast majority of strains do not produce spores, the phylogenetic tree was constructed phylogenetic analysis, gathered in a strain found the Phialocephala fluminis Cercophora mirabilis highest frequency Yuanjiang dry-hot valleys separated the DSE strains in the dominant groups . Select from the strains isolated two representative strains 6-26 and 6-26 Cladosporium spp, 7 bottle spp insoluble inorganic and organic phosphorous dissolved function tests. The results showed that the two bacteria on inorganic and organic phosphorous, have a certain function of decomposition, No. 7 strain function of dissolved inorganic phosphorus is relatively strong, while the the 6-26 of inorganic and organic phosphorous decomposition similar functions, but the decomposition The mechanism may be different. The results expand the range of phosphorus fungi, and to provide a certain theoretical basis for the DSE improve host plant absorption of poorly soluble phosphorus in the dry hot valley ecosystem.
