Abstract


Weather conditions affect the air quality in cities , the implementation of Air Pollutant Emission Control is an effective way to ensure the quality of atmospheric environment , atmospheric environmental capacity study is to verify the premise and foundation of Air Pollutant Emission Control pollution meteorological characteristics and atmospheric environmental capacity provide scientific guidance , looking for ways to improve air quality in cities . First, Kaifeng City from 1971 to 2000 and 2003 to 2005 , meteorological data , analysis of of Kaifeng City pollutants meteorological characteristics , the following conclusions : Kaifeng perennial maximum surface wind direction S and NE wind , perennial wind speed of 2.66 m / s high-altitude wind , the perennial influence Kaifeng City in SSE ~ SSW and the NNE ~ NE sector orientation ; stabilize atmospheric stability class larger proportion ; only a few affixed to the inversion, the underlying strong temperature inversion development ; average mixed layer thickness : spring 706m, the summer 697m , the fall of 630m , winter 564m; annual average mixing layer height of 649m . Secondly, the determining the study factor for SO2, NO2, PM10 three , the use of the GB A value of the method and the box-type model recommended method is calculated of Kaifeng City ideal atmospheric environment capacity and the actual atmospheric environmental capacity . Finally, determine the ideal atmospheric environmental capacity : draw a box-type model A value theory of SO2 and 105,770 tons / year , NO2 70,510 tons / year , PM10 176,280 tons / year ; derived from actual atmospheric environmental capacity : SO2 to -0.560 million tons / year to -0.429 million tons / year , NO2 , PM10 -12.038 tons / year . Finally, a comprehensive analysis of vertical wind field , vertical temperature field , atmospheric stability , mixing layer thickness pollution of meteorological factors on atmospheric environment capacity , the following conclusions : the Kaifeng vertical wind farm conducive atmospheric environment capacity value , a small number of inverse the stratosphere is not conducive to the improvement of atmospheric environment capacity value , atmospheric stability and the thickness of the mixed layer and atmospheric environmental capacity into a very significant positive correlation . Atmospheric environmental capacity in Kaifeng City , the atmospheric concentration of pollutants , the thickness of the mixed layer , atmospheric stability , A value for the seasonal variation of the series of reactions of atmospheric environmental quality elements have a direct relationship ; seasons , these elements indicates the quality of atmospheric environment the merits of the order are : summer gt ; spring gt ; fall gt ; winter . And sources, the unreasonableness of the program and the status quo from the planning pollution sources put forward the proposal to improve the capacity of the atmospheric environment .
