As countries increase pollutant emission standards, the pollutants joint removal technology has become the focus of current research. Due to the maturity of the wet FGD technology and large-scale applications, wet pollutant the joint removal technology research is of great significance. The the use Fe Ⅱ sup> solution catalytic oxidation of SO 2 and complexation the NO absorption become an effective joint removal technology. This paper focuses on the wet FGD technology is relatively mature and predecessors of Fe Ⅱ sup> solution catalytic oxidation of SO has conducted a lot of research, in a wet flue gas desulfurization based on Fe Ⅱ sup> solution complexation the NO absorption process. Study of Fe Ⅱ sup> solution complexation NO absorption kinetics parameters provide a theoretical basis for the feasibility of the process; study related operating parameters and flow down the membrane absorber Fe Ⅱ sup> The solution complexation absorption of NO, for process engineering applications to provide technical guidance. First established with the gas-liquid interface the double stirred tank reactor system, Dynamic Test Fe Ⅱ sup> solution complexation NO absorption. The study found: FeSO 4 The solution complexation NO absorption effect poor, unsuitable as to absorb the liquid in the large-scale industrial use; Fe Ⅱ sup> EDTA solution for NO better absorption effect, suitable as wet denitration absorption solution; 50 ℃, pH = 7 Fe II sup> EDTA solution complexation absorption of NO effect; the inlet O 2 content increases, will lead to the partial Fe II sup> oxidation of no contact and absorption capacity Fe the III sup> decreased lead absorption effect; SO 2 and NO exist in the first competitive relationship with the Fe II sup> EDTA solution reaction, along with the SO 2 increase in the of NO and product Fe II sup> (SO 3 ) EDTA reaction, thereby contributing to the absorption of NO. For the study of new and flow down the the membrane wet flue gas absorption device operating characteristics, the optimization of the system and operating conditions, under test conditions in the the denitration device operating conditions to simulate actual wet absorber on various operating parameters denitrification process were studied. The liquid operating parameters affect the test results show that, under the experimental conditions, a reasonable operating parameters of the system liquid-gas ratio 8L/m3 ; the Fe II sup> sup> EDTA absorption pH value reasonable run interval; gas operating parameters affect the test results show that, under the experimental conditions, the increase in gas velocity enhanced mass transfer, the tower can achieve high gas velocity; gas NO concentration in 200 6 sup> 00ppm between the changes, the absorption rate of NO little effect; gradually decreased as the inlet O 2 content increases, the absorption rate of NO; ??a SO the inlet 2 the presence of Under the conditions, the absorption rate of NO with SO increased 2 concentration decreases and then increases.
