Abstract


Flexible pressurized anchor is able to adapt to the wall rock movement forwardly, compensate according to the change of anchored force. It have many advantage such as strong anchored force, light and handy and recoveryable and reuseable. It is different from traditional anchor whose cohesive force is insufficient and anchored force is not steady and which is not adapt to supporting tunnel tending to twist and soft rock. So the analysis and study of flexible pressurized anchor have very important theoretical significance and practical value. The task is put forward basis on all about that.This paper is starting with the anchor ground-based test, conbinding with many theory such as elastic-plastic mechanics and rock-soil mechanics, use the finite element methord, make contact analysis about flexible pressurized anchor, which provide theoretical basis. The simulation result is contrasted with theory value and test data, which can be verified each other and make a basis of improvement of model and optimization about the anchor structure. The paper contain that:1. Started with the anchorage mechanism and anchored force of flexible pressurized anchor,computational method of each anchored force is deduced.2. Make the anchor ground-based test, study the impact of inner press on the allowable pull-out load of anchor and the resistance,make seal test and working stability test and failure test. And the test can be verifyed by underground test date.3. Make contact analysis to anchorage system, through changing one of parameters, investigation the stress and strain of anchor and wall rock and the situation of contact press, in order to study the impact of parameters on anchorage system.4.Using strength theory, make mathematical model of the allowable pull-out load of anchor and make contact analysis and deduce the impact of structure parameter on the allowable pull-out load.
