Abstract


Of all the world’s 500 strongest enterprises, 80% of which have adopted the finance-centralized management, and in China, our government also pays great attention to it and asks for the implementation and promotion of this work. China Mobile Communications Company implements this strategy in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, and builds a reimbursement platform, the bank-enterprise revenue audit, and other ancillary support systems. And the reimbursement platform is a core of the finance centralized construction.The reimbursement platform is based on the UAP-NC and in order to meet current technology changes, it adopts a series of advanced technology. Firstly, the application of the EJB in the reimbursement platform is based on a Java server component architecture technology, and the usage of the EJB can speed up to develop the application of the enterprise-level distributed components. Secondly, the reimbursement platform applies the SOA of UAP– NC. ESA as the center, SOA is a consumer and service provider to connect service by message sending and the application of the SOA can shorten the life cycle of the software development (including collection demand, to carry on the design, development and testing). Besides, the interface technology of the reimbursement platform is based on the interface form of Swing and the technology form based on the HTML + JS. Swing operates well initially and HTML + JS has remarkable advantage in simple management application, information release, and information integration. At the same time , the reimbursement platform uses the SSL mechanism to encrypt the data transmitted over the network to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the data flow, so that the sensitive data during transmission will not be revealed and tampered, which ensures the safety of the reimbursement platform.With the diversity and continuous improvement of the enterprise management, the application of centralized management of the enterprise groups, the business cooperation among the partners of the enterprise groups and the unceasing requirements of the old and current system integration of the groups, it is unprecedented important to choose an efficient and risk-reducing application frame which is standard-oriented, scalable, fully utilizing and protectable.
