In this article, the o-dichlorobenzene as solvent , oligothiophene and its derivatives (3T , 4T , 5T, 6T, 7T , and 3P) and fullerene (C60, C70 , and C84) are the fluorescence spectra of the solution , absorption spectrum and electrochemical respectively . Determination of the absorption spectrum is mainly used for direct absorption and side absorbent correction for quenching fluorescence spectroscopy , and their oxidation reduction potential is for the calculation of the Weller equation . We mainly by means of fluorescence spectroscopy method , oligothiophene and its derivatives ( 3T, 4T , 5T , 6T, 7T and 3P) and fullerene (C60, C70 , and C84) mixed solution by the electron transfer caused by the fluorescence quenching . The experimental results showed that the chain length of the thiophene and substituents affect the efficiency of electron transfer in the mixed solution in a mixed solution with the fullerene . For the mixed solution of the thiophene and fullerenes (C60, C70, C84) , the efficiency of electron transfer is increased with the increase of the electron affinity of fullerene . The experimental results and the theoretical results calculated based on the Weller equation anastomosis well. Furthermore , the Weller equation for the text portion of the data analysis results and the calculated theoretical results of deviation, also gives our analysis and interpretation .
