Abstract


Combining with the southern hebei province first 220 kv power grid digital substation protection commissioning projects, this paper summarizes digital substation protection commissioning plan, the digital substation communication configuration file structure and configuration method detailed description. The research of digital substation protection commissioning test items, test method and the matters needing attention, and the digital protection and conventional protection structural difference and different test methods have done a comparative analysis, and at the same time, analyses the digital protection in the process of debugging found some meaningful problems, and put forward solutions. This paper studies the digital substation relay protection testing plan, has set up a file in the hebei south net 220 kv digitized substation protection to promote the use of formal debugging. The plan to standardize the digital protection debugging process, improve the reliability of the digital protection debugging and work efficiency.
