Abstract


Two nine-OO’s Republic of China on July 23, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Archives jointly formulated and promulgated the "social insurance records management (for trial implementation)" (hereinafter referred to as "Regulations"). The main contents are:1. Detailed study of the "requirement" content. In-depth study of various aspects of the social insurance law and the handling characteristics, and their social insurance records management and the relationship between work and influence. Formation of documentation and management features for professional file types into the premise and foundation, which directly determines the social insurance file collection, sorting and classification methods. Social insurance and effective records management workflow design principles that must be minimally invasive to the existing business records and business taking into account the effective and smooth interface, designed according to this principle, the integration mode file operations, covering file management All work areas, divided into three phases: collection of files, file management and file use.3. Analysis of the use of information technology means to achieve social insurance records management feasibility. By the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued three editions of the core platform of social insurance and social insurance in some cities in-depth analysis of the core business systems and research, designed and implemented to meet the "rule" requires, in line with the file mode of business integration information management process, enabling the entire life cycle of the process of file management, and multi-dimensional perspective from the real-time aspects of process and statistical analysis.
