Abstract


Holistic listing is a means of financing for enterprise group in the securities market, which has been paid great attention in recent years for the significance of expanding enterprise financing amount, improving listed company quality, promoting shareholding reform, and increasing asset securitization rate. Therefore, the research of holistic listing pattern and performance will have practical significance for professional researchers and enterprises.Case analysis method has been applied in the title selection. This paper chooses the companies which had successfully been listed through different holistic listing patterns from 2004 to 2007 as research object, presents and compares the progress and character of holistic listing. Meanwhile, event research method has also been used. As well as, this paper compares and researches the long-term accounting performance and short-term market performance of each company respectively based on the data from the year before holistic listing to the end of 2010.On the basis of deep unscrambling relevant literatures, this paper firstly makes a brief introduction to the phenomenon and theoretical basis, analyzes the current situation and environment, and points out the effect and significance of holistic listing. Secondly, this paper lists some main cases of holistic listing pattern, analyzes their implementation, and obtains related credible data. Thirdly, this paper makes the comparison and research of analysis and evaluation index which can reflect the market performance and accounting performance completely and truly combined with the actual condition of listed companies. Last but not the least, this paper concludes that the influences of accounting value of the four companies are not distinct, but the influences of market performance are obvious. Especially, the influences of market performance in the holistic listing of public technology through the pattern of stock for stock consolidation by merger are most obvious.
