Abstract


The enterprises are required to have a scientific and effective performance evaluation system because of the international environment, domestic environment and the development of enterprise itself. Performance evaluation system can effectively promote enterprise employees in improving their own behavior, exploring their own potentials, and achieving enterprise’s targets, etc.This paper writing with the latest performance appraisal theory as the theoretical basis to extend the Yan Chang oil industry &trade Co., ltd., as the research object, its existing performance evaluation system for the optimization design. In this paper the writing process, through investigation, interview and questionnaire survey method, know the extend oil industry &trade Co., LTD, the present situation of the performance evaluation system, and the staff performance evaluation system for the problem of the optimization of the understanding and suggestion. Through the analysis, this paper argues that extend the Yan Chang oil industry &trade Co., LTD performance evaluation system is not comprehensive, examination content evaluation process a formalized, and the object is not comprehensive, assessment method is single, etc. To solve these problems, the assessments from main body, and the examination content, examine weighting and some pointed optimization design. Finally, based on this, puts forward the specific performance evaluation implementation plan, and the corresponding security measures.This article through to extend the Yan Chang oil industry &trade Co., LTD performance evaluation system research, although there is no "universal value", but the company existing problems in the same industry can still be found in other enterprises, this article, therefore, the corresponding optimized design scheme of the same industry also other enterprise which will be used for reference.
