Abstract

Magnetic resonance imaging technology is a non - destructive diagnostic techniques based on nuclear magnetic resonance principle . By performing the cross-sectional imaging or three - dimensional imaging , it can be obtained the anatomical structure and functional structure of tissues and organs , in order to provide diagnostic information on the lesion . Magnetic resonance imaging technology has been widely used in clinical diagnosis and basic scientific research is an important tool of the 21st century medical and biological research . T2 relaxation time measurements is an important work in magnetic resonance imaging , T2 relaxation time is often used to identify tumors and distinguish its nature . Currently, most of the T2 relaxation time quantitative maps are superconducting MRI system , but due to the expensive superconducting system price and maintenance costs later domestic hospitals lower penetration of magnetic resonance imager . Low field permanent magnet MRI system due to its low price and maintenance costs later , and the many advantages of the open magnet increasingly wide range of applications , has become a the domestic routine clinical diagnosis mainstream models . System compared to the high-field , low field permanent magnet systems due to its shorter development time , the basis of the low-field measurement data is lacking, In addition , due to its own characteristics , such as low signal-to-noise ratio , field uniformity is poor , so suitable for high field measurement method may not be suitable for low field . So , to find a fast and accurate method suitable for low field T2 quantitative spectra measurement method for clinical and low - field system makes sense. Low signal to noise ratio for low-field magnetic resonance system , this paper proposes a new , more effective T2 quantitative map measuring post-processing curve fitting method : T2 signal-to-noise ratio optimized adaptive curve fitting algorithm . The method by estimation, adaptive optimization of the number of echoes , the curve fitting for the corresponding body element so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing T2 SNR improved , so that the accuracy of quantitative Spectrum T2 T2 values ??at each voxel . Computer simulation , phantom experiments and human experimental results show that the truncated curve fitting method , this method can get the signal-to-noise ratio higher measurement results more accurate T2 quantitative map .
