Abstract


Objective: To observe the effect of fumigation side of the low-energy tibial plateau injury troubles arthroscopic knee surgery knee function Rasmussen scoring grading system to evaluate Chinese medicine fumigation side of the low-energy tibial plateau arthroscopic surgery on the knee after injury functional recovery , and to explore traditional Chinese medicine fumigation side of the knee joint activities to promote the rehabilitation of the mechanism . MATERIALS AND METHODS : The clinical inclusion criteria selected low-energy tibial plateau fractures arthroscopic surgery for 29 patients , randomly divided into two groups . Treatment group ( 15 cases ) to give parties and CPM machine medicine fumigation treatment in the control group ( 14 cases ) given only CPM machine treatment. After 14 days in the postoperative course of an ongoing four weeks , the clinical efficacy were observed . Results : 1. Clinical evaluation : the treatment group rated excellent in 11 cases, good in 2 cases , 1 case and poor in 1 case , the control group rated excellent in 9 cases, good in 2 cases , 1 case and poor in 1 case , patients treated Rasmussen the knee function score than the control group . 2. Rasmussen Knee Function Classification System Conclusion : Chinese medicine fumigation party can penetrate through the skin , so that the active ingredient directly to patients through the improvement of the knee joint activity or Rasmussen knee function score grading system changes , reduce the patient face pressure recovery , and promote the rehabilitation of the knee joint activities , reducing the time of rehabilitation therapy , is low-energy tibial plateau fracture after arthroscopic surgery rehabilitation therapy an effective manner.
