Abstract


Corporate culture is an individualized sign system, whose initiation and development will be influenced by communications. Communication is the only way to penetrate people’s spiritual life and guide their behavior. The impact of communication on corporate culture is actually the impact on existence and development of the entire enterprise. Therefore, corporate culture must adapt to the rules of communication so as to be brought into full potential in business operation of the enterprise.Internal communication is a weak link in the study of corporate culture. It is also one of the areas where most enterprises have misunderstandings. In recent studies, they just focus on theories instead of examples.This paper takes T Company as object of study. By analyzing literature of internal communication channels of typical enterprises, organizing relevant information on T Company and interviewing employees of T Company, it is found that T Company has set up its own internal communication mechanism during the past years. Advantage and efficiency of internal communication mechanism in T Company will be discussed in this paper, which can be taken as example of establishing a sustainable internal communication mechanism. In addition, it is expected that this study can also help local enterprises improve internal communication.
