Abstract


With the development of digital fiber optic communication and net work technology, Integrated Substation Automation System is ready to enter a new stage of intellectualization. According to the Twelfth-Fi ve plan and the bidding situation of STATE GRID Corporation of China, power grid construction is focused on the development of UHV and dig ital substation which will be the trend of the substation constructio n.Firstly, this paper did basic research on the equipment of proces s level of digital substation, especially the proposed application re quirements of electronic transformers, merging units, intelligent con trol cabinets and other equipments in the practical digital substatio n. Secondly, this paper did some basic research on the protection and measurement-control device of bay level, and elaborated the configur ation and application of protection technology in the practical digit al substation. Thirdly, this paper analyzed the implementation scheme of the construction of process level, bay level and station level in yunlin digital substation. Lastly, in the process of building yunlin digital substation, this paper did study of some problems and provid e the solutions for them. These solutions can privode certain referen ce function for the construction of digital substation.
