Abstract


Jul. 2005, the first World Chinese Conference marks TCFL of China officially transition to the international promotion of Chinese. CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the work, clearly pointed out the Chinese speed up to the world is a great thing. \Chinese \Therefore, we propose that this important topic of both theoretical and practical value of the Liaoning Province Chinese international promotion strategy research. Research methods and content of the subject in language planning theory as a guide, through investigation and analysis, to master the information and data, combing, Liaoning Province, the Chinese international promotion of the development of track and the status quo, in-depth analysis of the strengths and weaknesses, the purpose is to study the Chinese Liaoning Province international promotion strategy. In this thesis, a total of ten chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background, has combed the international promotion of Chinese research, and blank field based on the lack of previous studies on this topic innovations and research significance. Reviewed in the second chapter in stages the course of development of China and Liaoning Province in China Education Throughout three decades of reform and opening up, the great achievements of Chinese international education in Liaoning Province, since 2000, higher than the national average growth rate to Liao students to students studying in China for many years in the forefront of scale. The third chapter analyzes the natural and social environment overview of Liaoning Province, pointed out the advantage of the geopolitical environment, and economic and cultural characteristics of Liaoning in the international promotion of Chinese. Chapter IV describes the Liaoning Province Overseas Construction and Development Joint Confucius Institute, summed up the characteristics and shortcomings of the Confucius Institute of Liaoning Province, Liaoning Province Overseas Chinese agencies to promote this proposed future planning outlook. Chapters V and VI to the Liao students daily enrollment, management and teaching work to do analysis and combing to admissions extracted by analyzing the status quo of sustainable development strategies to effectively regulate foreign students daily teaching and management. The seventh chapter is to present characteristics of the Development of Liaoning Province, Chinese as a foreign language teacher, and part-time teachers to do a brief statistical suggestions and problems exist for the province Chinese as a Foreign Language teachers. Chapter VIII of students from statistics in Liaoning in 2008 from the learning category, professional distribution, Liaoning Province of students from the status quo, and the cause of this situation because the country of origin and other aspects of analysis discussed commentary. Chapters IX and X by a centralized summary of the previous chapters, a comprehensive analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the of Liaoning Chinese international promotion, targeted explores the development strategy of the province of Chinese Language Council International to promote the cause, mainly divided into geographical strategy, admissions strategies, management strategies, discipline strategies, promotional strategies and development strategy.
