In order to satisfy large, medium, and small-caliber gun pressure testing, this article has summarized domestic and foreign chest cavity internal pressure test device development, and based on Electronic Bore Pressure-tested Device we have owned in our laboratory, I have got the idea of designing mini-strain sensor integrated transducer, joining the sensor and the shell together has successfully solved the contradiction between small capacity and high accuracy at the same time reduced the cost. On the basis of that, we also did research on calibration technology.In the combination of theory and practice, we talked about the practicability of the design.This article used the methods of the theory analysis, software simulation, experiments to realize the design. Firstly gave the integration structural design theories, through the ANSYS software simulation, it has analyzed and verified the advancement and validity of integration; secondly, this article introduced the relative theories on integration mini-strain sensor, function of various of chips needed for analogical circuit, and at last we designed the strain measurement circuit. Besides that, in order to meet the requirements of small capacity, low consumption, we selected the MSP430F14X SCM series to realize the digital circuit design. We carefully introduced the calibration processing and its parameter expressing, also carefully analyzed the whole experiment processing, the method of data processing and the cause of data inaccuracy. In conclusion, this research has provided the effective test method for a variety of new artilleries, ammunitions and fuze system. So it’s very practical.
