Abstract


The sub-health status of enterprise staff becomes more and more serious, as the fast development of current society and the bigger competition pressure. According to this background, this paper design a sub-health improvement management system for sub-health status of enterprise staff, in order to improve the effective communication between enterprise sub-health crowd and wellness manager, and then set up the sub-health improvement management system for enterprise staff using computer technology. This paper try the best to resolve the blind and non-system problem of enterprise in the aspect of managing sub-health status of stuff.This paper deeply researches the development process and relative technology of application system. According to the function requirement and business procedure of sub-health improvement management system of enterprise staff, using the technology of VB.NET, ASP.NET, database, Web Service and so on, we design the solution plan of system. We set up multi-layer structure of system based on.NET platform; We select the Web Service technology to achieve the data change among systems; The key problem we mainly resolve is that designing the data separation module based on Web Service, designing the safety of system data transmission.The module of sub-health improvement management procedure achieves many functions, including staff management, service package setting, package division, package arrangement, package informing, package searching and confirming of Web. The module of data separation based Web Service technology achieves saving safety of staff private data, according to separate the staff private data from staff common data; in the section of key technology, We uses the hybrid encryption technology to achieve staff private data safety during transmission.At present, we have achieved the function of sub-health improvement management system of enterprise staff initially. The practice application result in enterprise shows that the overall plan design of system is rational, it can also enhance the work efficiency well and it can reduce the management cost, the arrangement of resolving problems is available.
