Abstract


In actual test procedure, internal electronic piezo gauge don’t often work normally because that the electro-optical inversion switch cannot output electrical signal, this phenomenon causes the electronic piezo gauge’s test system to be unable on electricity, so that the reliability of electro-optic inversion switch decides directly internal electronic piezo the reliability of gauge. To guarantee being on normal electricity for internal electronic piezo gauge in high temperature, high pressure and high impact, this topic has designed a set of examination system for the electro-optic inversion switch’s reliability. This system selects the low power electromagnetic adjustable speed motor, can simulate the electro-optic inversion switch’s work process, sample and store the output signal of inversion switch, and it can also use computer to analyze sampling data, so that the system provides the basis for internal electronic piezo gauge choosing electro-optic inversion switch.The following aspects of this paper are proposed:First, the subject introduces the electro-optical inversion switch’s principle of work. According to the principle it carries on the mechanism design and photoelectric apparatus’s choice, discusses the circuit switching part, describes its manufacture process and the production process simultaneously as well as the attention question. Through to inversion switch working one cyclical signal waveform analysis, the subject sets the examination system’s function request, the performance index and the overall examination plan.Second, thorough analyzing electro-optic inversion switch examination system’s design proposal, the subject introduces the mechanism design, sampling strategy design, data storage way and active status design. The subject has made the detailed introduction to system’s electric circuit module, including the examination system’s hardware circuit design and micro-controller programming as well as the computer reading and analysis software’s design.Finally, the experiment has conducted the performance test research to the switch, such as the manual inversion experiments and examination system experiments under different temperature. Through to test data analysis, it is verified the switch rationality of design and the accuracy of examination system test results.
