Abstract


With the rapid development of China-EU economic and trade , China has leapt to the EU 's second largest trading partner , the European Union was the largest trading partner of China . Since China 's accession to the WTO , the EU - China intellectual property is becoming more frequent trade friction . In today's rapid development of knowledge-based economy , the EU developed countries often have a comparative advantage in intellectual property as the first choice for foreign trade strategy . Similarities and differences of the EU IPR protection level from the legislative, judicial, administrative aspects of intellectual property rights and intellectual property trade friction theory , summarized , and the status quo of the China-EU trade frictions of intellectual property rights and the specific forms described . Be depth analysis on the impact of the EU IPR trade friction China , the frequent occurrence Central intellectual property trade friction , hindered the Chinese enterprises to expand exports, increase production costs and reduce the competitive advantage of Chinese products in the international market , but objective to promote the upgrade and adjustment of industrial structure of China 's overall awareness of intellectual property rights .
