Abstract


In various human activities, we always put safety before production, safety is not only a prerequisite for productive activities, but also the success of the production guarantee, this guarantee is directly related to people’s lives and property problems, and directly affect the social progress and stability. Elevator installation is closely linked to people’s life everyday, one of the important projects, safety will directly affect the people’s life and health, and influence the income or even survival of the lift company themselves.In recent years, various types of security incidents occurred frequently, as a special equipment, the installation process need a long time, the installation is difficult, the staff mobility is frequently, involving a wide range of characteristics, making the installation of the elevator into a high-risk industry. High-risk industry need the strict management, so in order to complete the elevator installation safely, security management becomes particularly important in the actual production activities, we can identify the security to find the elevator installation possible risk factors, including the security weaknesses and evaluate the possible cause of the accident condition, avoid accidents. In the safety evaluation, there is usually an accidents and occupational hazards of the critical point, as long as the system in the accumulation of risk factors does not reach the critical point, you can achieve the security of the production process. The purpose of safety evaluation of mistakes and equipment failures even have to make the system in the accumulation of risk factors and hazard incident occurred less than the critical point, but who can not completely eliminate the dangerous situation, we predict the factors that lead to the risk of accidents and the severity of the consequences of the accident, develop appropriate control measures to reduce accidents and control the consequences of the accident’s spread, in order to achieve safe production.This article introduce the installation of the West Tower elevator safety management and safety evaluation of an overview of the theory at first, and introduce the risk identification, risk assessment, risk management, risk control system in the West Tower on this basis, summarize the experience of all possible risk factors which occured frequently, the risk of huge losses for quantitative analysis, combined with the results of previous proposed solutions to this problem.This project aims to improve the security risk management the risk management standard of West Tower elevator installation. According to the risk analysis of West Tower project, we develop a comprehensive understanding and solving the security risks faced by the project specification method.
