Abstract


Under the environment of global market fast development and economic integration trade, enterprises confront more and more severe competitive environment. They have realized gradually that only if the core competence is improved and starting with supply chain management can get superiority in market and obtain further development in future. Under the mode of supply chain management, the first step is supplier management while supplier evaluation is the most important part of supplier management. It is not only the evaluation standard of supplier management ability, but also the key factor of improving competitiveness and efficiency of the whole supplier chain. So how to select suppliers is a vital decision-making matter for an enterprise.Related theories about supply chain are stated, combined with the characteristics and key factors we analyze requires of supplier selection under environment and summarize various elements that influence supplier evaluation. Aim to the elements, corresponding solution methods were given. The article takes manufacture enterprise for example to expand the analysis. First, in order to evaluate suppliers, a suit of reasonable evaluation metric system is needed. Reference the SCOR model, this article classifies evaluation metrics, use ISM to analyze all classes metrics into hierarchy structure and give visualized description of relations between metrics in the form of diagram. Combined with metrics classifies, the specific metrics that supplier selection needed could be located clearly. Second. Choose AHP as supplier selection method and describe the AHP arithmetic. It evaluates and analyzes the project by combining point value judgment matrix with interval value judgment matrix, adds pre-selected suppliers stage on the basis of traditional analytical hierarchy process, and chooses the actual needs methods of evaluation calculation, consistency checking and adjusting to ensure the scientific of the evaluation system. Third. Usually, a selection arithmetic contains different calculate methods. So in order to obtain good commonality, inside an arithmetic, arithmetic framework and specific arithmetic are separated to hold all kinds of calculate methods to satisfy different needs; meanwhile, strategy pattern is used among different arithmetics to satisfy various demands flexibly. Fourth. For avoiding endless loop in recursive calls, try to add formal verification process. Apply Alloy formal language and AlloyAnalyzer automation analysis tool to verify the kernal business of supplier evaluation to ensure effectiveness of model.
