Abstract


The development of The Times need to corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility definition is more and more rich. Based on corporate social responsibility construction of the external policy environment for the key, in the review and summary based on the study of the related literature at home and abroad, by clarifying the connotation of external policy environment and the relationship between corporate social responsibility and external policy environment, from the aspects of the role of government, this paper emphatically analyzes the current situation of the construction of Chinese corporate social responsibility and the existing problems, and puts forward the perfecting China's corporate social responsibility of the construction of the external policy environment countermeasures, discusses what kind of external policy environment in order to better establish prompt enterprises to perform social responsibility. In terms of building enterprise society responsibility external policy environment, the article from the preferential tax policy, government procurement policy, build double incentive mechanism, information disclosure system, system of social responsibility evaluation system, etc to do the key discussion, emphasis on external policy environment for enterprises to fulfill social responsibility and the importance of building a harmonious society.
