Abstract


As the economy continues to develop, more and more studies began to focus on the problem after enterprise technical ability. Technology is an important force for promoting economic development and enhance the ability of the enterprise as a whole, this power play is inseparable from hair, which is to build a complete technology chain, while the technology chain governance and technology chain integrity, good build an important safeguard. Subsequently issued a disadvantage for China's auto industry, learn from the successful experience of the developed countries in the development process, proven technology is a necessary but also a choice, based on the introduction of technology to fully digest and absorb constantly enhance R \u0026 D and innovation capability, the only way to truly achieve technological independence, to get rid of technological dependence on developed countries, to build a complete technology chain with independent property rights; now more research after enterprise technology upgrade issues, but built on the technology chain governance process relatively small, and therefore this paper the development of China's auto industry practice, study after corporate chain governance mode choice.
