Abstract


This paper takes Chengde power supply enterprise and ERP moving as a background, conducting the research of the financial informationization’s system overall plan, the demand analysis, the functional design with realized as well as some questions in system implementation process . The paper has studied the indispensable application function of ERP in the electric power business finance informationization, it applies through the analysis of ERP’s present situation in electric power business as well as the modules of ERP system in the financial control, from the general principle, the method, the process and the step embarks of ERP, from macroscopic and microscopic planes, and unifying the characteristic of ERP system in actual employing process, the paper has explained the application flow and the formidable superiority of ERP system in the financial informationization. This paper also proposed some questions and corresponding countermeasures need to take seriously in the ERP construction process, for the purpose of raising the managerial and administrative expertise comprehensively, eagerly anticipating the enterprise management modernization by the informationization.
