Abstract


Inner Mongolia is the only pilot place where the multilateral trading for large power users is being implemented. It is very important for the power market reform in Inner Mongolia and even the whole country to study the current market model and the future trends of the multilateral trading in Inner Mongolia.This thesis first widely expounds the rationality and sustainability of implementing the multilateral trading for large power users in Inner Mongolia in many aspects, then based on the large users two-way bidding trading mechanism in Inner Mongolia, various two-way bidding optimization models are established and analyzed, the analysis results provide theoretical basis and support the decision for the market reform of multilateral trading for large power users in Inner Mongolia. Finally, according to the actual situation in power supply companies in Inner Mongolia, the measures are described as fully as possible to cope with the new situation in multilateral trading market for power supply companies.
