Abstract


The development of Leisure industrial clusters has given rise to many countries and regions in the world. The companies the industrial clusters are more competitive, which is strengthened with the help of economics of scale, innovation and resource integration for the purpose of helping the development of regional economy. Thus the way to develop the local special industry, increase regional competitive advantages by developing of Leisure industrial clusters has become the most important for the development of regional economy. On the other hand, the development of leisure industrial clusters has become a new field since the public policies have come into play, so the leisure industrial clusters based public policies are very favorable in order to ensure their advantages and prevent their disadvantages.The leisure industrial clusters covers widely and has a very broad future but the incoordination of the fast development of it is that the theory discussion on the leisure industrial clusters is still on the initial stage and has not formed into its complete basic theory system. This essay is trying to give the definition of the leisure industrial clusters , summarize the concept and classification of the leisure industrial clusters, explore the inside operative mechanism of the leisure industrial clusters which refers to the development of regional development encouraged by the leisure industrial clusters is based on the behavioral agent and the innate releasing mechanism of the peripheral systems. And this essay also puts up the theoretical model of how the leisure industrial clusters can promote the regional economic development in order to make some good contribution to the basic theory research on the leisure industrial clusters, better guide the practice of the leisure industrial clusters.As a complex industry group, the leisure industrial clusters has the most important strategic significance for the speeding up the adjustment of regional economic structure, the transfer of the economic growth pattern and the establishment of a conservative-oriented and environment-friendly society. From a practical point, the development of leisure industrial clusters has already become a brand new model for some regions to encourage the development of regional economy. This essay conducts the empirical study on Shanxi provincial leisure industrial clusters, puts forward some policy suggestions and provides the basic thought on the further development and escalation of Shanxi provincial leisure industrial clusters.
