Abstract


The county economy is an important level of China's national economy and fields, relatively independent subsystems of the national economy, with a certain degree of integrity and comprehensiveness. The county's resource endowments, the leading industries of the county economy is also somewhat different, so different regions, different county, the county's economic development mode will be different. Resourceful County economy is a more representative model of development, the rich resources of the resource-based economy in the entire county economy has an absolute advantage in the county's economic development model. Resourceful County Economy mainly coal, iron ore, oil and other industries, especially coal, iron ore mining industry. Resourceful County Economy through the exploitation of the county non-renewable resources to boost the development of the resources industry, so as to be able to pull the county's economic development. Resourceful County economic development process, involving governments, farmers and the interests of the enterprise tripartite contradiction, the contradiction in the county's economic development process of the resource-based system, any pair of contradictions can not be reasonably resolved, will hinder the development of county economy .
