Abstract


The Wenchuan earthquake has created the destruction to the natural resource and the human resources which is estimates with difficulty, causes the enterprise in the disaster area faced with the survival and the development severe test. Enterprise in the disaster area is the main body of reconstructing, Carries on the enterprise to restore the reconstruction effectively is not only advantageous to the disaster reconstruction smooth advance, more over is advantageous to the disaster area economic development. This article studies the strategic adjustment process at home and abroad, analysis of corporate strategy adjustment by external factors and internal factors, status combined with earthquake, pointed out that the adjustment of corporate strategy should be base on natural resources, human resources and industrial development planning of disaster areas, that help enterprises to the proper development, and promote disaster recovery and reconstruction.This article is mainly divided five parts to carry on the elaboration, The first part is an introduction, proposed that the question and limits the theory frame, pointed out that the enterprise strategy should be influenced by external factors and internal factors; The second part on base of analyzing natural resource in the Sichuan earthquake disaster area, pointed out that the enterprise development strategy of the disaster area should adapt the natural resource change; The third part on base of analyzing human resource development in the Sichuan earthquake disaster area, pointed out that the enterprise development strategy of the disaster area should adapt the human resource development change; The fourth part on base of analyzing the Industrial structure in the Sichuan earthquake disaster area, pointed out that the enterprise development strategy of the disaster area should adapt the industrial development plan; the fifth part give advise for the adjustment of enterprise strategy according to analysis of the natural resources, human resources and industrial development plan.
