Abstract


City water supply is the basis of the public service sector , is the city the lifeblood of the industry , with the city 's development and the people's production and life are closely related . Urban water supply enterprises because of its public welfare , and natural monopolies , long-term operation and management system follows the traditional state-owned enterprises . Bring many disadvantages of the traditional operating system of water supply enterprises with the water supply industry market and industrialization process moves forward , one by one highlights , plus water tariff adjustment mechanism on science has not yet formed , so that the production and management of water supply enterprises have encountered unprecedented difficulties and seriously restricting the enterprise 's own development , direct threat to the sustainable development of urban water supply industry . Therefore , the water supply enterprise development strategy highly concerned about the long-term health of the enterprise . According to the development trend of domestic urban water industry to ZS background of marketization and industrialization of the urban water industry . This article describes the company's operating condition of ZS , ZS company within the external environment analysis and summarizes the opportunities and challenges faced by the ZS -house development of strengths and weaknesses , as well as enterprise development . Using the SWOT strategic analysis tools , ZS company developed a new development strategy , that is the main industry growth diversification strategy . ZS company's development strategy and according to ZS actual , proposed the implementation of countermeasures , namely : the establishment of a modern enterprise system , the introduction of strategic investors to enhance their core competitiveness , improve corporate culture construction , to the progressive realization of the company's strategic positioning and strategy planning. This paper is applied . This article seeks to close practice in the research process , and truly concerned about the implementation of the strategy , the operability . With reference to the value of other enterprises in the urban water industry .
