Abstract


In the continuous progress of urbanization,a large number of rural land has been taken,and a growing number of landless peasants become the vulnerable groups who are "farm no land, employment no post, guaranteeing no copies, business no money,"which due to the land ownership is not clear、the unreasonable land requisition、the operation is not standardized、lacking of social security and other reasons.The landless peasants live separated from the edge of urban and rural areas,and their life can not be sustained.Their survival and life has become a social problem,which not only affects the development and stability in rural areas,but also become an important affecting factor of economic development of the whole society.Therefore, How to solve the problem of landless peasants properly,which not only become an important academic subject,but also a major practical problem our country faced.This dissertation give a simple review about the domestic research achievements of the livelihood of the landless peasants firstly,and then make a theoretical analysis of the various support functions of land and sustainable livelihoods,understand the importance of land to farmers,provide the theoretical support for getting public attention to landless peasants,and also provide a theoretical basis for researching sustainable livelihood of landless peasants deep.Then go to the important part of this dissertation,which take the eco-tourism project in Taiji Lake Wudang mountain for example,we learn the current situation of landless peasants in Wudang mountain based on the investigation in the field,point out the problems in the compensation methods of the resettlement of landless peasants,and analyze the causes specificly,according to the actual economic and social development conditions of Wudang Mountain,we propose the programs which solve the living problem of landless peasants in Wudang Mountain from the view of compensation standards, housing placement, job training, social security, the role of grass-roots organizations, etc. Finally, we give a brief summary of some inspiration from the programs.
