Abstract

Electroplating wastewater, water is quite complex, difficult to control ingredients, which contain substances toxic heavy metal ions and fluoride, cyanide traditional chemical precipitation and adsorption difficult to deal with, electroplating wastewater treatment has become now phase of the field of environmental protection at home and abroad continue to solve a problem. The purpose of this research is to seek a determination of the water quality of electroplating wastewater treatment technology affordable electroplating wastewater, thereby reducing the environmental pollution problems. Based on the existing domestic and foreign electroplating wastewater treatment process analysis and comparison of the final electro-flocculation and activated carbon adsorption combined treatment of electroplating wastewater, the first use of the electro-flocculation to remove the majority of COD in wastewater, heavy metal ions. Then as a secondary treatment process using activated carbon adsorption, adsorption the wastewater nondeleted trace heavy metal ions and organic, and thus improve the effluent treatment process to meet the national emission standards. Laboratory since with heavy metals in waste water as an object of study, the use of electric flocculation - activated carbon adsorption process them through the experiment, the treatment effect and impact of the law, in order to determine the main technical parameters of heavy metals in the wastewater treatment process. For this purpose, the main job of the following areas of research: (1) treatment of heavy metal wastewater using activated carbon adsorption, select Cu 2 , the Pb 2 the Zn 2 , Cr 6 four ions as a representative was mainly on activated carbon dosage, initial solution pH, temperature, adsorption time, the metal ion competitive adsorption of other factors for the treatment effect impact, while the activated carbon adsorption isotherm. (2) electricity flocculation technology Wastewater Treatment with select Cu 2 the F-, Zn , 2 , Cr 6 four ions as a representative mainly as current density, initial solution pH, flocculation, Jing Shen time, temperature, plate spacing, electrode connection NaCl dosage, Jing Shen time, initial concentration and other factors for the treatment effect electric flocculation different ion removal mechanism was discussed. (3) the use of electro-flocculation - activated carbon combined method of processing parts washing wastewater of an electroplating factory in Harbin, the optimal parameters, and the determination of water quality, to detect the actual water in the approach to meet the emission standards.
