Abstract


Draping is an important technology for the apparel industry, it is not easy, although the entry is simple but to grasp its essence. Draping in the design process of the clothing pieces visually examine the clothing look, including a profile of loose and detail design, but still require operator skills and rich experience to produce high quality clothing. How to reduce the experience requirements, draping operator to improve the draping efficiency and heterogeneity, draping application urgent issue facing became further promotion. In view of the growing technology needs of draping garment enterprises and the use of domestic draping the dedicated net model loose plus put a difficult situation, the authors hope to put any piece of clothing in the process of draping loose draping private model, proposed the draping dedicated loose model development new ideas. This paper discusses the development status of domestic and international human model to start, in depth analysis of the clothing the human body model types and their respective applicability based on the concept of draping dedicated loose model. Of three-dimensional non-contact measurement of body, use of MER method by extracting the same measured by net body and dress code scanning from the cross-sectional shape measurement information, graphics rotation method, the average scatter discrete processing, polar coordinate fitting and interpolation methods such as human body model ideal cross section and a MATLAB program design and human-computer interface design, net body and dress the body of a cross-sectional view of comparison and analysis, and thus of the loose weight distribution of the measured object torso morphology Qualitative and quantitative analysis. Distribution patterns and ratios based on loose analysis, the authors propose to design the addition and subtraction of loose quantity model to design two methods.
