The supercritical CO 2 stain the fast on dye levelness, less pollution, has attracted wide attention in recent years. The solubility of disperse dyes in the supercritical CO 2 the supercritical CO 2 dyeing process is an important basic data and theoretical guidance. The supercritical CO 2 SUB> staining system adds a small amount of co-solvent can increase the solubility of the dye in the the supercritical CO 2 , the improving the supercritical CO 2 staining speed or reduce staining pressure has important significance. This article by static recycling method, ethanol (1%, 2%, 3%), water (1%, 2%, 3%), acetone (1%) as a co-solvent, supercritical CO 2 sub > solvent 343.2 4 sup> 03.2 K, 10 2 sup> 6 MPa under conditions determined Disperse Red 54 in pure supercritical CO 2 The solubility data; 343.2 3 sup> 83.2 K, 10 2 sup> 6 MPa under conditions determined Disperse Red 54 in supercritical CO 2 / total solubility in the solvent. Focus on effects of temperature and pressure, the total amount of solvent and the polarity of Disperse Red 54 solubility. Disperse Red 54 in pure supercritical CO 2 Disperse Red 54 the supercritical CO 2 excellent solubility solubility range: 0.72 × 10 - 5 sup> 9 sup> .90 × 10 -5 sup> (mol / mol). When the co-solvent was 1%, Disperse Red 54 in the the the supercritical CO 2 / co-solvent ethanol, water, acetone in the solubility range, respectively: of 1.34 × -5 sup> 1 sup> 1.44 × 10 -5 sup> (mol / mol), 1.10 × 10 -5 sup> 1 sup> 0.99 × 10 -5 sup> (mol / mol), 2.41 × 10 -5 sup> 1 sup> 1.39 × 10 -5 sup> (mol When the co-solvent was 2% / mol);, Disperse Red 54 the supercritical CO 2 / co-solvent ethanol, the solubility in water ranges were: of 1.93 × -5 < / sup> 1 sup> 2.83 × 10 -5 sup> (mol / mol), 1.24 × 10 -5 sup> 1 sup> 2.57 × 10 -5 sup> (mol / mol); When the co-solvent was 3%, Disperse Red 54 in the supercritical CO 2 / co-solvent ethanol, water solubility were in the range: 2.80 × 10 -5 sup> sup> sup> 14.38 × 10 -5 sup> (mol / mol), 1.42 × 10 -5 sup> 1 sup> 3.98 × 10 -5 sup> (mol / mol). Experimental results show that regardless of whether the added co-solvent, the solubility of the dye with the temperature, the pressure increases with the increase; Disperse Red 54 2 / co-solvent in the solubility with the supercritical CO of The increase in the amount of solvent added non-linear increase is not proportional to the strength of the polarity and solubility of the size, and the co-solvent. Overall, the three co-solvents are acetone, ethanol, water dispersion enhancing effect on the solubility of Red 54 descending. Disperse Red 54 in supercritical CO Chrastil models and Mendez-Santiago/Teja (MT) model associated 2 solubility data, the relative average deviation of 6.92% and 15.53%. Disperse Red 54 in the supercritical CO 2 / co-solvent solubility data the the M-Chrastil model and the the MMT model in association with the relative average deviation of 6.21% 6 sup>. 43%, 11.05% 1 sup> 3.07%. Overall, the correlation result of the co-solvent systems, and the correlation result of Chrastil model is superior to MT model.
