Abstract


With China 's rapid economic take-off , there have been a number of high-rise buildings and large-scale plant , as a new type of power distribution wires , the Busway increased sharply . The traditional stamping machine can no longer meet its processing requirements, developed Busway Processing CNC punch press imminent . Busway production design and development profile delivery system , to achieve automation of production is important. To solve a power equipment enterprises Busway CNC machining and production automation , conducted a study of the following aspects : the structure and principles of a combination of the Busway dedicated CNC punch press , punch open CNC system structure and its hardware determine composition. Complete hardware resource allocation and hardware connection and debugging , to achieve stable operation of CNC punch press ; according to the production system control requirements , the modular design concept , the division of the functional modules of the system and design . Kingview 6.5 development tools to develop user interface ; CNC requirements and CNC system hardware structure design CNC software systems and human-machine interface , CNC machining and process monitoring ; profile delivery system for CNC punch press with to solve communication problems profile delivery system with CNC punch press send expect automated CNC machining , to complete the establishment of control procedures and debugging and system monitoring ; study the characteristics of Busway production process information , developed for the production line , the information management module . Complete products , machine tools , as well as the operator's information management ; -depth study of the principle of fault diagnosis , fault diagnosis expert system for the design and development of production lines , fault diagnosis and fault information to add functionality .
