Abstract


In recent years, along with the electric power enterprise reform, the management target of the enterprise has been changed deeply. Building "a strong power grid, asset quality, service quality, excellent performance" of a strong three excellent companies have become the consensus of the power of enterprise development. Therefore, power enterprise production management information system construction is able to adapt to enterprise development needs, is an important topic in front of us.This paper expounds the power production and management information system construction as the background, current situation and development trend, put forward the overall design of the system, the system analysis and design of key modules in detail, and around the defect management process, the system in the management, service management, stop and recovery work ticket management module and the realization of use cases are described, the conclusion and Prospect of popularization and application prospect and need to be perfected further analysis.With the old application system construction, the construction of this system is to achieve a number of innovations and breakthroughs:(1) using the Oracle database system, to provide high reliability, safety and speed of response; (2) using Rational Rose2002 demand analysis and design tools for research, access to information were abstracted abstraction, case analysis and process design, facilitates the requirement analysis and system workflow design; (3) using Delphi 2006 software development platform, to ensure that the system each module development independence, inheritance and the overall system can be modified, expansibility; (4) software development the use of a number of more advanced technology, including three tier browser/server (B/S) system structure technology, object-oriented technology, component oriented technology and workflow technology.As the man responsible for the project, participate in the system construction research, demand analysis and system construction programme design, systems development in the process of engaging a portion of the database design and program development, responsible for the system in the civilized administration work of the organization and implementation of. During the course of the system construction, I also spent a lot of energy to organize system based parameter data input, process redefinition, staff training work.The system to meet the needs of the county level power supply enterprise production management information needs, to achieve national power grid company" SG186" informatization project in county power supply bureau level sex target. Through the system construction to be completed, can standardize the management of enterprises, improve the level of scientific decision-making, make the management procedure, management standardization, file report standardization and data code, thereby reducing the complexity of enterprise management and maintenance, to improve the overall efficiency of the target.
