Abstract

In this thesis, the PHB, PHBHHx and PLA were made into the average particle size is 160 nm, 250 nm and 150 nm of tiny particles. A kind of fat soluble fluorescent dye rhodamine B (RBITC) wrapped to the nanoparticles, as a sign of detection cell swallowed and slow release process. Test three kinds of materials in the preparation of nanoparticles can efficiently package RBITC, loading efficiency is as high as 75%. Carrying RBITC fluorescent nanoparticles have been the original generation of macrophage cell swallowed, the test results show that PHB and PHBHHx RBTIC of nanoparticles in sustained release of intracellular can last for at least 20 days, the PLA nanoparticles of RBITC basic has been released in 15 days, the RBITC solution will not be material in less than 7 days in macrophages has been release completely. Slow release speed is not affected by the carrier material and particle size differences. This study first prove that PHB and PHBHHx effectively as a drug carrier used in drug slow release.
