Through single factor and orthogonal experiment to determine the optimum conditions for peanut shells Flavonoids: the peanut shells 5.0 g, 100 mL of 60% ethanol solution, solution pH 2.0, extraction temperature 70 ° C, extraction time of 24 h, the condition to extract rate of up to 2.59%, the test proved that this extract has antioxidant activity. In addition, nitric acid and epichlorohydrin modified peanut shells were used. By single factor and orthogonal experiment to find the best adsorption conditions of the the best modified process conditions and modified products of the aqueous solutions Cu 2 sup> and the Ni 2 sup>. The optimum conditions of the nitric acid modified peanut shells: Peanut Shell 8.0 g, 100 mL of 10% nitric acid solution, the reaction temperature is 80 ° C, the reaction time of 3 h. Aqueous solution Cu 2 sup> adsorption conditions: Modified Peanut Shell 0.5 g concentration of 100 mg / L solution of 50 mL, the solution of pH5.0, adsorption temperature 30 ° C, adsorption time 4 h; Ni 2 sup> adsorption: Modified Peanut Shell 1.0 g at a concentration of 50 mg / L solution of 50 mL solution pH 8.0, adsorption 25 ℃, adsorption time 6 h. The best conditions for epichlorohydrin modified peanut shell: peanut shell 5.0 g epichlorohydrin 5 mL of 1.5 mol / L NaOH 100 mL, reaction temperature 30 ° C, reaction time 40 min. Its Cu 2 sup> adsorption: Modified Peanut Shell 0.3 g concentration of 50 mg / L the adsorbed solution of 50 mL of solution pH 5.0, adsorption temperature 30 ° C, adsorption time 3 h ; Ni 2 sup> adsorption optimum adsorption conditions: Modified Peanut Shell 0.6 g, a concentration of 50 mg / L solution of 50 mL of solution pH 8.0, adsorption temperature 30 ° C, adsorption time 3 h . The test results show that the two adsorbents Cu 2 sup> adsorption effects are better than Ni 2 sup>, epichlorohydrin modified peanut shells adsorption properties superior to nitrate modified peanut shells. Modified adsorbents for Cu 2 sup> adsorption kinetics and thermodynamics laws, Lagergren pseudo-first order kinetic model more in line with the adsorption kinetics; adsorption isotherm thermodynamic equation can be expressed as of Ce Qe =? of. 7806 8.0470Ce or Q e = 0. 1523Ce1.9137, prove the Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm the thermodynamics adsorption model can better fitting. The dynamic adsorption capacity of the column bed is much higher than the static adsorption, the flow rate is smaller, import lower ion concentration, the higher the bed, the better the dynamic adsorption effects, but the lower rate of adsorbent. The fixed bed Standard penetrate equation for S-shaped fitting y = Ae R 0 x sup> sup>. Having derivation room temperature fixed bed adsorption kinetics equation can be expressed as 2 (2.38821.63802) q = (20.4919C-15.9271C) τ 2.3882c-1.6380c 2 sup> sup> Cu 2 sup> and the Ni 2 sup> binary system ion competitive adsorption were discussed. Under non-competitive conditions Ni 2 sup> adsorption capacity and adsorption rate is less than the Cu 2 sup>. Binary system of competition the of Cu 2 sup> and Ni , 2 sup> of adsorption capacity decreased significantly, and significantly greater than the amount of Ni 2 sup> adsorption Cu 2 sup>, show that the Ni 2 sup> adsorption stability than Cu 2 sup>, adsorption process, the adsorption sites exchange. The tests showed that the peanut shells can be used to extract natural antioxidants, and the residue Preliminary treatment of heavy metal ions can be used as a sewage treatment agent.
