Chemically modified electrode An electrode developed since the 1970s, has been widely used in involved in the field of environment, life, material science, energy, electronics industry analysis. Depth study of chemically modified electrodes modified material has good chemical properties with the conventional metal electrodes combined performance superior to conventional metal electrodes composite electrode can be prepared. In many chemical modification of materials, Prussian blue has a unique structure, good chemical and electrochemical stability, preparation and low cost, in terms of functional materials, electrochemical sensors, ion recognition and molecular magnetic substances widely the application. Europium-doped Prussian blue can be prepared by better film performance Bipulushi Blue, we call the rare earth doped Prussian blue film. Such Prussian blue film and the advantages of the conventional bismuth film electrode using electrochemical deposition method is first coated with a layer of rare earth doped Prussian blue film on a glassy carbon electrode, and then plated bismuth film prepared film doped with europium ions Prussian blue composite bismuth film electrode, and some analysis applied research. The experiments show that the first laboratory prepared europium-doped Prussian blue composite bismuth film electrode can be successfully used for the determination of trace amounts of zinc and trace amounts of indium in environmental water samples, dairy and Drug pills isoniazid. The electrode has a high sensitivity, good stability, wide potential window, anti-interference ability and long service life, with potential applications. This thesis consists of the following four parts: the first chapter: Summary of the described method is characterized by potentiometric stripping analysis, potentiometric stripping analysis of mercury film. Then introduced the nature of bismuth and bismuth compounds, bismuth film preparation method and analysis applications, briefly discussed the inevitability of chemically modified compound bismuth film electrode preparation method and its application in electrochemical stripping analysis. Finally, the compound Prussian blue analogue modified electrode in potentiometric stripping analysis of trends and application prospect. This part of the Citation 104. Chapter II: compound bismuth film electrode by anodic stripping method for the determination of trace amounts of indium in water samples on a glassy carbon electrode prepared by electrochemical deposition of new europium-doped Prussian blue composite bismuth film electrode, the establishment of differential pulse anodic dissolution method for the determination of trace indium methods of analysis in environmental water samples. Discussed the performance of indium in conventional bismuth film electrode and the compound bismuth film electrode dissolution of bismuth film thickness, supporting electrolyte, the determination of the pH of the base solution, the accumulation time and accumulation potential parameters were optimized. In optimum conditions, the anodic stripping peak current and the concentration of indium in 2 2 sup> 0μg / L and 20 1 sup> 00μg / L range, respectively, showed a good linear relationship, The detection limit is 0.15μg / L (S / N = 3), relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 2.0%. The method for the determination of water samples with trace amounts of indium, the recovery rate was 97.5% to 103%. Experimental results show that: the applicability of the electrode, high sensitivity, stability. Chapter III: composite bismuth film electrode anodic stripping voltammetry determination of trace zinc pre-plated bismuth electrochemical deposition method europium doped Prussian blue composite bismuth film electrode by anodic stripping voltammetry determination of trace zinc new Methods. Experimental results show that: the zinc in 0.03 mol / L sodium tartrate solution (pH = 4.5) can be obtained sensitive anodic stripping peak; optimum conditions, the enrichment 120 s at -1.4 V, zinc stripping peak current and the concentration of 10 5 sup> 40μg / L (r = 0.99987) range was a good linear relationship with a detection limit of 1.38μg / L (S / N = 3), the relative standard deviation was 0.94% ( n = 8). This method can be used for dairy and pharmaceutical Determination of zinc content, the recovery rate was 99.3% 1 sup> 01%. Chapter 4: the compound bismuth film electrode by anodic stripping voltammetry determination of drugs isoniazid proposed the the compound bismuth film electrode by anodic stripping voltammetry determination of drugs isoniazid analytical method. Composite the Bismuth film as the working electrode, a saturated calomel electrode as the reference electrode, a platinum electrode as the auxiliary electrode in 0.01 mol / L acetic acid - sodium acetate buffer solution with anodic stripping voltammetry determination of the content of isoniazid. The isoniazid peak current and concentration of isoniazid in 8.0 × 10 -8 sup> to 2.0 × 10 -6 sup> mol / L range was a good linear relationship. Enrichment of 60 s, the determination of the detection limit is 1.8 × 10 -8 sup> mol / L. The method is simple and fast. Electrode advantage of the wide linear range, good reproducibility and long service life for the determination of isoniazid tablets with satisfactory results.
