With the improvement of living standards, the incidence of cardiovascular diseases is increasing. This is a huge burden of modern society. The stent implantation has become the dominant method of treating cardiovascular disease, for its micro trauma and high efficiency. How to effectively implant a stent to improve the success rate of treatment and decrease the rate of the restenosis, which is important for the current research and treatment of cardiovascular. Among these researches cover the biomechanics and mechanical biological subject, the study on the interaction of stent and vessel is the foundation. Combined with the blood vessels of the nonlinear stress model , the stress analysis of vessel after the deployment of stent, this is the key point of this article. The primary contents of this article are as the following three aspects: 1, The construct of the residual stress on blood vessel. Even in vitro, the residual stress still exist in vascular. Cutting the vessel along radial direction , it will open quickly to become the shape of“C”. Given some assumptions ,we can calculate the residual stress with Finite element analysis or SEMI-inverse method. 2, The construct of the stress state of vessel in vivo. After adding residual stress to the vessel model, we can build the finite element model of vessel in vivo with the consideration of other loads the vessel resists. 3, The model of the interaction between vessel and stent. In this article , we use FEM software to study the difference between the interaction in vivo and in vitro. On this basis, we study the interaction between diseased vessel and stent. Here are the conclusion:1, The FEM method and the SEMI-inverse method reach a similar result. 2, The residual stress profits the stress state on vessel. in the numerical simulation , the layered vessel model will help get more real results. 3, After the deployment of the stent , the stress state in vivo is more uniform than which in vitro. Also ,the stress will rising much higher than without the stent. The research in this article will make good for the study of residual stress , and provide reference for the people who carry on cardiovascular disease research
