Abstract


Efficient and environmentally friendly energy technique is one of the important issues to solve the energy crisis and environmental pollution. The fuel cell control system is the key technology of the whole system for its safe, reliable and high efficient operation. Inverter system is the most important part of the system electrical circuit, its efficiency and operating mode directly impact the efficiency of fuel cells.To develop 5KW PEMFC system, we completed a low-cost and high reliability controller and designed a kind of 5KW inverter system. This paper mainly focuses on the following aspects:According to the PEMFC system features, design a low-cost and high reliability control system.Adjusting the hydrogen pressure is used to control the output voltage of PEMFC stack.Fuzzy self-adjusting PID algorithm are utilized in the control of PEMFC dynamic system, which provide a reference scheme to the design of PEMFC generation system.To meet the special requirements of PEMFC generation system, this paper introduces a two-stage inverter system, the former stage adopts isolation full bridge DC/DC boost converter, the latter stage adopts full bridge inverter, and its topology、control principle and realization are discussed in detail, and complete the relevant hardware and software design.For characteristics of PEMFC generation system, design a kind of inverter system which can work both in grid-connected mode and in stand-alone mode. Introduce the principle and the control strategy of the inverter system.Finish a 5KW PEMFC controller and a 5KW inverter.The controller and inverter have been successfully applied into 5KW PEMFC generation system and runs safely and stably. The operation shows the excellent electrical character and an ideal solution for PEMFC generation system.
