Through the usage of information technology and seamless connection between the budget management and existing financial information management system, it implemented fully integrated of the production plans, sales plans, marketing plans, inventory plans, procurement plans, investment plans and financial budget of the business plans, and strengthened the effect of the overall budget management as a key means of company management. At the same time, this paper researched and implemented standardized report management, report budgeting mechanisms to achieve the result of meetting the needs of different economic environment budget management requirements which based on the sales budget and using different business budgetting method according to different business activities.
