Abstract

Microbial fermentation of feed nutrition security, the development of green without anti-piglet feed is currently a hot research. In this study, mixed solid-state fermentation using lactic acid bacteria, yeast, Bacillus subtilis, plastic film bag fermentation on anti-complete feed fermentation processing, to produce the amount of lactic acid as index. Mixed fermentation feed sterilized and unsterilized effect, optimize and determine the optimum fermentation conditions, and determine the actual production fermentation conditions; determined by feeding trials complete feed fermentation performance of weaned pigs evaluation of the impact of the possibility of alternative antibiotics in pig diets. Test a complete feed mixed fermentation conditions optimized combination trials. As raw material without antibiotics weaning piglets, select the best mixed inoculation combinations: lactic acid bacteria: Yeast: Bacillus subtilis = 3%: 2%: 1%, 4 level orthogonal experimental design test 4 factors different fermentation time, temperature, feed water ratio, pH of sterilized and non-sterilized amount of lactic acid in complete feed. The results showed that the optimum fermentation conditions of complete feed fermentation sterilization: fermentation time: 3d; fermentation temperature: 35 ° C; material to water ratio: 1:0.8, pH value: 7.0; fermentation unsterilized the best combination of the full price of materials : fermentation time: 3d; fermentation temperature: 35 ° C; material to water ratio: 1:0.8, pH value: 6.5. The amount of lactic acid was 3.55% and 3.2%, respectively. Test two fermentation of complete feed on the performance of weaned pigs. Fermented unpasteurized complete feed as a ration to the actual conditions, 90 were selected and 28 weaning Duroc piglets were randomly divided into three groups, each group of three repeats, each repeated 10. The test is divided into a control group I (without antibiotics), control group II (with antibiotics), the experimental group (fermented full price of materials, and antibiotic-free). The test results show that: the daily gain of the test group than the control group I and II, respectively, increased weight 24.1% (P lt; 0.01) and 12.5% ??(P lt; 0.01), a significant difference; feed conversion, respectively, compared with the control group Ⅰ and Ⅱ 4.9% lower (P lt; 0.05), 2.8% (P gt; 0.05), differences in the test group and the control group Ⅰ significantly forward, but the control group Ⅱ differences are not significant with; diarrhea rate than the control group Ⅰ and Ⅱ reduce 77.8% and 63.6%, and workers differences of the test group and the control group was significantly (P lt; 0.05), and the control group II the difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05). Shows: Fermentation full price material can significantly improve the production performance of weaned pigs to improve feed utilization and reduce the rate of diarrhea; replace antibiotics in piglet feed add.
