Chinese Herb Compound Coptis scattered \, the thermal labile enterotoxin (LT) due to antagonism ligation fluid accumulation in intestinal loops, castor oil-induced diarrhea antagonism, acetic acid-induced inhibition of mouse peritoneal capillary permeability and small intestine of mice propulsive motility in five has done a systematic study. Explore the mechanism of action of Compound Coptidis scattered \foundation. Vitro antibacterial test: single herb, berberine, Treats, Pulsatilla, most skullcap vitro antibacterial activity, there was no significant difference in the inhibition of the different serotypes of E. coli. Compound compatibility Compound Coptis scattered vitro antibacterial effect best, significantly better than the compound 1,2,3. The Chinese Medicine suspension was added to the bacterial culture medium, produced by LT rabbit ileal ligation test Compound Coptis scattered \effect of the intestinal loop fluid volume were significantly better than Compound 1, Compound 2 and Compound 3. The Chinese medicine antagonistic castor oil-induced diarrhea test results show that, compared with the control group, 1-3h within several compound groups have a lower incidence of diarrhea trend. Compound group extremely significantly reduce the number of diarrhea in mice, its better than Compound 1, Compound 2, Compound 3 and hydrochloric berberine group. Promote the exercise test in the small intestine in each drug group could reduce the rate of advance of the ink in the small intestine of mice. Compound 2, Compound 3 and Compound Coptidis casual \Compound berberine group, the difference was significant (P lt; 0.05). Induced by acetic acid in mouse peritoneal capillary permeability increase results showed: Compound Coptis scattered group can be extremely significant inhibition of acetic acid due to the mouse peritoneal dye seeping inhibition rate of 59.40%; Compound 1, Compound 2, Compound 3 can significantly inhibit induced by acetic acid in mice by intraperitoneal dye exudation, but the inhibition rate was only 31.65%, 36.79% and 47.25%.
