Abstract

Loofah is an important melons, vegetables, nutritious and health functions, loved by the people. In recent years, loofah gradually increasing cultivation area in our country, the increasing demand for new varieties, and the late start of the loofah breeding, breeding the basis of the theory of few studies, especially the few regular research reports on major economic traits . The test of the loofah major economic traits regular research reveals the main genetic effects; six generations (P1, P2, F1, B1 of the the loofah three hybrid combination use of plant quantitative trait genetic model and classical genetics , B2 and F2) group conducted a comprehensive analysis of the major economic traits, in order to provide theoretical guidance for the loofah breeding. The main results are as follows: 1. The loofah fruit skin color, fruit epidermis stripes Peel smoothness and seed color variation are in line with the characteristics of quality traits. Fruit skin color green (dark green) for the dominant, white (white and green, light green) is recessive. Fruit epidermis the wale dominant, no wale recessive. The smoothness of the fruit epidermis skin smooth as the dominant skin wrinkled is recessive. The genetic seed color black is dominant, white is recessive. Analyzed by analysis of variance and the coefficient of genetic variation, the 20 field studies economic traits highly significant differences exist in the chosen parent. Loofah case of interspecific and intraspecific hybridization has heterosis. Advantage of the hybrid majority of combinations of plant traits, the growth potential of the hybrid offspring and reproductive growth significantly enhanced. 3. Analysis results show that the study of four major quality traits in different parents and their generation, although there are differences, but the difference was not significant between the parents chosen. During the analysis of genetic parameter estimation and genetic effects: The results showed that the three packages, the first female flower node, the first male flower festival bit, the first fruit festival bit, fruit shape, wide blades, early leaf number agronomic traits are dominant effects; stalk length, pre-production, fruit length, total production of the additive and dominant effects play a major role, and the interaction effects are common. Loofah genetic effect is the dominant effect additive effect common control, and supplemented by the interaction effect. Other agronomic traits correlation analysis showed that of the the loofah total production and, loofah total production and pre-production showed a highly significant positive correlation (r = 0.943 **). Total output of the leaf length, leaf width, petiole length, petiole transverse diameter, internode length vegetative growth traits showing a negative correlation, but not significantly correlated with the condition of vegetative growth to some extent restrict late reproductive growth; The total output of the first female flower node, the first fruit festival bits, fruit length, fruit diameter, fruit shape index and reproductive growth traits showed negative correlation, but no significant correlation, indicating that the situation of the late reproductive growth, especially flower thinning fruit thinning the field management of production constitute essential. Loofah soluble protein, vitamin C, dry matter and soluble sugar, soluble protein and dry matter was positively correlated with dry matter and soluble sugar was negatively correlated with lower correlation than that of the rest of the quality traits. 6 Path analysis showed that: the decisive role played by the different agronomic traits loofah yield formation order: the fruit weighs gt; early leaf number gt; fruit shape index gt; fruit diameter gt; Zhuman crude gt; internode length gt ; gt; the fruit length gt; female flower number less than 30 knots first female flower node gt; the first fruit section bits gt; first male flower festival bits gt; a preliminary plant height gt; early yield. Path Analysis of soluble protein showed that the size of the decisive role played by the different agronomic traits of loofah soluble protein formation as follows: the fruit weighs gt; the main vine crude gt; fruit diameter gt; early leaf number gt; fruit shape index gt; the first fruit section gt; first male flower festival bits gt; fruit length gt; number of female flowers less than 30 knots gt; first female flower node gt; early plant height gt; internode length gt; total output gt; early yield. Path Analysis show the direct path coefficient of the highest content of soluble protein and fruit weight of lower direct path coefficients and yield factors. Other agronomic traits of soluble protein content have a positive or negative impact, but the impact is not large, soluble protein content and should not be weakened.
