Abstract

In this study, the use of eight different kinship sweet sorghum parental using incomplete diallel hybridization method, quadrature and anti-cross get 32 ??Sweet sorghum hybrid combinations, and the sugar content of stem and other agronomic traits genetic analysis, to lay the foundation for high-quality breeding of sweet sorghum. The main findings are as follows: 1, through the the genetic analysis Hpb sweet sorghum hybrid combination of four main groups of agronomic traits the average advantage and groups, brix, biological yield per plant, grain weight and plant height showed the strong forward average advantage, biological yield per plant Forward advantage the highest average brix the Average Forward advantages mean minimum average. The 4 of agronomic traits, only grain weight showed significant population Hpb three other traits show different positive transgressive advantages and negative Hpb, 2, through the analysis of eight parental general combining ability (GCA). Parental 2381 brix per plant stalk weight, juice yield, plant height, spike length and stem diameter the GCA effect values ??are larger. GCA effects in various traits in different hybrid sweet sorghum paternal, RIO showed better parents as it is also easy with hammer high and high biomass yield hybrid sweet sorghum combination; different hybrid sweet sorghum female parent GCA effects in various traits, LR625 showed better the parents it easy with hammer high and high yield bio-hybrid sweet sorghum combination, but the configuration of the hybrid combination of sweet sorghum juice yield may not be ideal. 3, through the analysis of sweet sorghum broad sense heritability of agronomic traits (h2B), biological yield per plant, grain weight, stem diameter and the broad-sense heritability of the growth period for the medium, these traits influenced by the environment, brix per plant stalk weight, juice yield and other traits of broad-sense heritability higher, indicating that these traits mainly depends on the genotype effect. Analysis of the narrow-sense heritability (h2N), the characters narrowly the heritability in descending order as follows: single plant stalk weight gt; plant height gt; ear length gt; growth period gt; brix gt; individual biomass gt; production the stem diameter gt; juice yield gt; grain weight per ear. 4, through genetic analysis of agronomic traits of sweet sorghum Brix traits only reached between the main stem heavy highly significant positive correlation with other agronomic traits was not significantly correlated brix fertility period, strains The higher other traits have little effect; biological yield per plant traits with correlation coefficients, in addition to the sugar content and juice yield, are extremely significant positive correlation. The juice yield only the main stem weight was associated with Brix and biological yield and other agronomic traits was not significantly.
