Abstract

2009 New Town, in Xuancheng mountain village pot experiment tested varieties of clouds 97, K346, sandy loam soil for the test, the test set 4 based water treatment: W1: 40% ± 5; W2: 60 % ± 5; W3: 70% ± 5; W4: 80% ± 5, the effects of different water treatments on tobacco mature cell ultrastructure and quality. The results showed that: 1. Maturity of different water treatment on the ultrastructure of flue-cured tobacco in W1 treatment, water control 10 days after cell plasmolysis apparent phenomenon in the control of water for 15 days, chloroplasts and other intracellular organelles scattered distribution in the cell, with the water control time increases, chloroplasts and other intracellular organelles more scattered arrangement; W2 and W3 in the process, the fence structure is more normal large cell; W3 and W4, Processing, cell volume is greater than W1 and W2 Processing the cell volume. In W1 treatment, chloroplast starch grains smallest, smallest particles containing osmiophilic, electron density maximum; processing in W4, the largest volume of starch grains in chloroplasts, electron density minimum; in W2 and W3 processing, starch grains volume differences obvious, containing osmiophilic particles is relatively small. W2 and W3 treatment in mitochondrial membrane structure is more complete and clear; W1 and W4 treatment in mitochondrial membrane degradation is more serious, and the relatively large number of mitochondria. Nuclear membrane with varying degrees of degradation phenomena, in which the nucleus W2 and W3 process down to a lesser extent, in W1 and W4 treatment, more severe degradation of the nuclear membrane; processing in W1, nuclei with varying degrees of shrinkage phenomenon. 2 maturity of different water treatments on chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco conventional soil moisture and clouds 97 total sugar and reducing sugar in a large degree of correlation with the total nitrogen, nicotine related to a lesser extent; soil moisture and K346 total tobacco nitrogen, total sugar greater degree of correlation, and nicotine, sugar degree of correlation is small. Different soil moisture treatments on different varieties of tobacco in potassium levels can produce a significant impact; K346 Central greatest change in K content in leaves, leaf K content lower clouds 97 biggest changes, namely K346 K content in middle leaves most affected by soil moisture, clouds 97 K content in lower leaves most affected by soil moisture. 3 maturity of different water treatments on Tobacco Mineral Elements in various parts of the leaves, the relative soil moisture content on the degree of influence of mineral elements inconsistent. In the upper leaves, soil moisture greater tobacco Fe, Mn, P, Zn, Ca, Mg, B, Cu content in the lower soil moisture on the tobacco content of Na was less affected. In the central leaves, soil moisture greater tobacco Fe, Ca, Mg, B, Cu, Na, P is smaller, soil moisture on B, Cu, Na, P content is relatively small. In the lower leaves, soil moisture greater tobacco Fe, Mn, Zn, Ca, Mg, P content of the smaller soil moisture on B, Cu, Na content is relatively small. 4 different water treatments on Tobacco mature petroleum ether extract of maturity of different soil moisture treatments on tobacco petroleum ether extract content of more obvious. W1 and W4 processing, petroleum ether extract content of its relatively small; in W2 processing, the clouds 97 upper leaves its petroleum ether extract content reached the maximum; in W3 processing, K346 upper leaves its content reaches the maximum, may be different tobacco varieties, and its moisture content genotypes have different needs, resulting in different moisture content showed differences in petroleum ether. 5 maturity of different water treatments on Tobacco Neutral Aroma impact from water treatment point of view, when the soil is divided into 40% of the total amount of all kinds of aroma minimum; in W2 processing, the clouds 97 and K346 middle leaves carotenoid degradation products, degradation products of phenylalanine, browning products Chromoplast alkanes aroma highest total; in W2 processing, the clouds 97 neophytadiene and other categories aroma highest content; processing in W3 medium, K346's neophytadiene and other substances in the highest category aroma.
